i'm a full-time student that plays video games and sometimes draws when i'm free.i made this carrd on the off-chance that i end up picking up casual commission work for drawing.since i am a student, my schoolwork comes first, and if i open commissions, please bear that in mind if you request something from me.

terms of service

  • all commissions are intended for personal use. personal use includes personal profile pictures, personal discord server emotes, twitch emotes, merchandise (prints, stickers) etc. without intent of sale.

  • when purchasing artwork, i as the artist am the copyright owner of the work, while the client is purchasing the license of exclusive use of said work. clients do not own the copyright to my art.

  • use of my art for NFTs is strictly prohibited.

  • use of artwork by anyone other than the client without explicit permission is prohibited and a DMCA takedown will be incurred.

  • use of artwork intended for "personal use" for profit is strictly prohibited. terms for merchandising of artwork must be renegotiated.

  • commission concept may be discussed prior to accepting request and sending invoice. very basic sketch (i.e. stick figures) with structure of piece may be presented prior to payment. once accepting payment, no refunds are permitted.

  • i reserve the right to refuse commission requests that i am uncomfortable with drawing.

  • a rough sketch will be presented to the preferred communication method (twitter dm). two revisions are permitted before finalization. further revisions may incur additional fees in compensation for time.

  • i am a full-time student and prioritize my schoolwork. as such, commission turn-around will vary significantly according to my academic schedule.
